The Pop Star Plays a Hell Version of Herself in Fictional Documentary Preview
The Grammy-winning artist is preparing for a significant film presence in 2026, starting with the mockumentary titled The Moment.
Throughout the movie, she embodies what she describes as a twisted version of her own persona.
It’s the realest depiction of the entertainment world that I’ve ever seen, Charli commented.
She clarified in a conversation: It’s far from a live performance documentary, however the inspiration stemmed from the demand to produce one.
A Sneak Peek into The Moment
The initial preview, released on this week, blends authentic footage from Charli’s Sweat tour with made-up behind-the-scenes moments.
The Moment is directed and co-written by her collaborator, who explained that the story revolves around a world where the artist made entirely different choices in the marketing of her chart-topping release Brat.
