Welsh soccer player Ramsey has raised the reward for leads about the missing canine named Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
The former Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who now is with Pumas UNAM in the capital, revealed that the beagle was observed in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state area.
Halo, who vanished on October 9th, was equipped with a tracking device, and Ramsey published a exact coordinates of the spot she vanished from.
